Easy to find from Junction 3 of the M54, A41 Tong interchange.

Head North on A41 from roundabout.  Take first or second turning into Tong.  

Drive up Hubbal Lane to 3rd house on the left.  Brick wall entrance with sign reading 'Tong Court', farm-style gates and a gravel driveway.

Please park on the left in front of the Annexe.
