Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
10% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 1 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 21 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
15% discount on 4-night stays is offered for Mon-Fri bookings or extended weekend stays.
 20% discount on 7-night stays.
 30% discount on 28-night stays.
 Discounts are available via the booking platforms, however if you would like to discuss an opportunity, please contact Suzanne (the owner).
 Fee is charged for extra guests. Base rate is 1 person. Fee for 2nd and 3rd guests.
 Fee is charged for using the sofa bed, for the extra bed linen. This must be booked in advance.
 Pets are not encouraged because of the extra cleaning required. Extra fee of £50 for any pets staying.  May still refuse if busy booking period.
